Here’s how it works

You can trade-in an old appliance from the same category as the new one in your cart. The categories include Refrigerator (exclude minibar refrigerator), Washing Machine, Dryer, Dish Washer, Built-in Hob, Built-in Oven. Offer 5% off for the new one. Please have your old appliance uninstalled prior to the delivery date of the new one.

Step 1

After you complete our question form about old appliance on check-out step, you can get a discount for your trade-in.

Product information needed to be change new

Step 2

Please make sure to have your old appliance uninstalled prior to the delivery date of the new appliance.

Step 3

When the new product is delivered, and the old product is collected at the same time.

Note:

The 5% sustainability discount for old appliance collection is applied for the order just once.

If the new product is returned from the old appliance will not be returned to the customer and the 5% sustainability discount is no longer valid for the next purchase.
