Here’s how it works

You can trade-in an old appliance from the same category as the new one in your cart. The categories include Refrigerator (exclude minibar refrigerator), Washing Machine, Dryer, Dish Washer, Built-in Hob, Built-in Oven. Offer 10% off for the new one. Please have your old appliance uninstalled prior to the delivery date of the new one.

Step 1 After you complete our question form about old appliance on check-out step, you can get a discount for your trade-in.

Note:

The 10% sustainability discount for old appliance collection is applied for the order just once.

If the new product is returned from the 90-day free trial, the old appliance will not be returned to the customer and the 10% sustainability discount is no longer valid for the next purchase.
